« This was a great location for our Borrego Springs stay - close enough that we could walk to town and hike the hills of the park leaving from the apartment. We cooked in most days and very much enjoyed sitting in the private backyard space to dine or just enjoy the beautiful weather. And the hot tub was a great plus!Dennis was as nice a host as we could ask for, tho he had forgotten our arrival date so our start was a little unusual! « We stayed a few times at the property, both in 1Bdrm and 2Bdrm units. SD Country Estates is an older time-share property, which means that units are quite generous in size, very nice but show their age (mostly on the appliance and fixtures side). However, there are extremely clean, well-equipped and maintained, and very welcoming. Amenities are fine, the pool small but pleasant and the place quiet and relaxing. It is not easy to find (not a good idea to come after dark), quite far from the town...
