Also on the first floor is the laundry room, a half bathroom, and the master bedroom which features a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. Going upstairs, you'll find a secondary living room with a wet bar and access to a large balcony overlooking the pool area. The second floor also offers four additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Three of these feature King beds, and the last is a custom bunk room with two sets of built-in Twin-over-Twin bunk beds. Located in the ultra-desirable neighborhood of Eastern Lake in Seagrove Beach, nestled between the neighboring towns of Seacrest, Seaside, and WaterColor (2 miles to the west on 30A). This exceptional home offers both privacy and accessibility, making it an ideal coastal escape with everything you need just steps away!
