Experience the epitome of Gulf front luxury at the Gulf Front Sanctuary, located in the picturesque Seagrove Beach along scenic County Highway 30A. This brand-new construction boasts exceptional resort-style amenities, breathtaking gulf views, and striking architectural elements. Designed by Archiscapes & Cronk Duch, this home is a masterpiece of commercial-quality construction, featuring 8 bedrooms and 8 and a half bathrooms, over 8,200 sqft of living space, and an expansive open floor plan spanning three levels.  
  
As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a beautiful courtyard with french limestone floors, and a large first-floor living area with a custom bar and direct access to the resort-style pool - one of the largest residential gulf front pools ever built in Northwest Florida. The primary suite has exclusive access to the expansive south-facing covered porch. The ensuite bathroom boasts beautiful marble mosaic tile, a soaking tub, and a shower encased in suspended glass, all while overlooking floor-to-ceiling glass windows with pristine Gulf views. Also on the third floor are two additional king bedrooms with private bathrooms.  
  
The overall design and function of this home is unmatched on 30A and offers direct beach access from a private beach walkover.
