The sheets hadn’t been changed and had hair, dirt, and even some Cheetos crumbs on them. We stayed up until 11:30pm waiting for new sheets but finally gave up and slept on the mattresses. Sheets finally came at noon the next day. They were handed to me to change myself. There were no replacement mattress pads or bunk sheets so I spent the rest of the afternoon inside washing and replacing those. I also had to vacuum the unit myself. There were food crumbs all over the floor. While I was doing laundry the dryer started screeching loudly. Maintenance came and attempted to fix it. They came pretty quickly but did not fix it. The dryer screeched and the washing machine banged (we didn’t even attempt to get that fixed) the entire time we were there. By the last day the dryer wouldn’t work at all. We were sent the wrong wifi password and that didn’t get resolved until Tuesday. Normally I could have used my phone as a mobile hotspot to work, but the internet in the whole area is terrible do it wasn’t an option. The property itself is nice and the area is lovely, we just had a bad experience in this unit. I would come back to Redfidh again, but would not rent from Vacasa. They didn’t even refund my cleaning fee for a room I cleaned myself (and lost the whole first night and first beach day as a result). ##### Kate H. We spent several weeks in this condo during the fall. We loved the spacious open feel and the layout of the home. It was more than we needed for just the two of us but would accommodate two couples or a family of 6 very easily with the hallway bunks. Easy walk to the beach (bring your wagon if you have kids) and many of the best restaurants in Blue Mountain. The amenities of red fish village are very nice as well. We had planned to book again and would have had the rate for the same time next year not gone up SO much. The condo was in a great location and had all the amenities we needed for another perfect stay in Blue Mountain. We rented bikes and easily made our way up and down the 30A bike trails for great food and relaxing time on the beach. When we just wanted beach, the access was a quick 5 minute walk to the private section of the beach with chairs and umbrellas available for our use. The condo itself was very relaxing and inviting and we had a pool and covered parking at our disposal.
