Staff were excellent. Some areas are looking tired and in need of updating for the price you pay and 4 star rating. Lovely hotel though and mostly very well maintained, clean and comfortable

Lovely hotel with very pleasant staff who were always looking to go beyond expectations. The pool deck was lovely - and drinks and food were very good, although expensive compared to eating out with so many good restaurants close by. We both had a lovely massage in the Spa. Our room and in particular the bed and pillows were very nice - cleaning and turn down services were excellent. We felt that the position of the hotel was perfect for us - a little walk into the centre and to the beach - but we also liked the local areas and being amongst the locals. The front desk helped us get organised for a trip to Soller and we also booked a boat trip through Get Your Guide which was excellent. Overall an excellent holiday.

The hotel was beautiful and incredibly peaceful. The staff were always so pleasant and helpful. The faculties were always so clean and comfortable. All the restaurants on site are amazing, especially the breakfast. Voro was the most amazing dining experience Ive ever had in my life. Our honeymoon was so memorable and the hotel/staff have a big part to play. The spa and staff were very on point. I would love to go back anytime and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone. This is a true luxury hotel.

Cannot fault this hotel. Will go again
