Santa Cruz Papalutla Vacation Packages

The room and bed was very comfortable, but it opened directly on the courtyard and restaurant. People including staff were sitting less than 5 feet from our door most of the day and early evening. Music was almost constantly audible from our room. It was never super noisy and we didn’t feel the need to ask for another room (most of the rooms seemed to open directly on the courtyard too) but it was less than ideal. The location was great, the staff was great. For this location and comfort the price was good. The breakfast was fine but not great. The rooftop at Muss across the street was much better spot for breakfast

Clean rooms, helpful staff, front desk spoke English, and restaurant staff were more than happy to find someone who did if we were having issues communicating. Food was good, pool was clean, very quiet hotel, which is exactly what we were looking for. The pool became more lively in the evenings with kids, but they were respectful and it was always quiet by night time.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Staff was super friendly. Great location within walking distance from all the main streets and shops.

A wonderfully accommodating stay! Our flight arrived at 5:30 in the morning and we're so grateful that the hotel let us check in far earlier than we expected. Being able to rest before a full-day nine hour tour made all the difference. On top of that, so many staff members went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. They knew the area well, had great suggestions for activities, and made our trip feel so worth it. One staff member, Guadalupe, recommended a restaurant and told us to ask for Virgil and say she had sent us. That breakfast turned into one of the most enjoyable and memorable meals of our trip! All in all, the hotel was incredibly accommodating, and our stay was made that much better because of the people who work there. We'd happily come back.
