Rooms were very clean and very friendly staff.

Everything was perfect, the cleanliness was top notch. Beddings were every comfortable. All the accessories were in mint condition and new. Thank you for the hospitality. Keep up the standards.

Highly recommend.

Great hotel. Awesome bed and pillows. Very clean.

everything 10/10

Had a great time. Only complaint was the room card readers. Must have replaced/reprogram them at least 10 times or more.

This hotel was great. Location was perfect for us. The room was big, clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was okay, they could have used more vegan options but the staff (especially Adalberto and the young man whose name began with a K) did a wonderful job to make sure our dietary needs were met. My daughter enjoyed the heated pool in the evening and for us it was a nice and relaxing way to just sit by the fire after a long day. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great property for what we needed it for - 1 bedroom suite was super great for the kids - 2 double beds for them super comfy while I slept on the pull out (not so comfy but totally fine for a few days if you're not picky) so the room separation was awesome. Mini-kitchen was nice also, small pool for a quick dip and free breakfast in the AM was perfect. We used the property as a basecamp for Six Flags (5 min away) and Universal (40 minute Uber) so it was perfect. About 40 mins from Burbank...

The staff were very helpful and pleasant!! AC worked great!! Room was cleaned everyday. Always parking. Very close to a lot of things. The only downfall was it was very noisy. Great tho. Will book again 😁

Great location with everything you need near by

It was roomy and affordable for LA. Looks and feels nicer than a 3 star. Would stay again

The room was very clean, roomy, and the staff were very helpful, especially Kelly who is always smiling 😃 and making us feeling so welcomed and comfortable and wanting to come again. Although we felt that between rooms there seemed not very well soundproofed comparing with some other similar hotels, but we still sleeped well for the 2 nights we stayed there. I would recommend it to friends.

The is was a comfortable and cosy hotel! I will definitely stay here again. Was quite lovely.
