It was across the street from the auditorium Guelaguetza, which is why we went to Oaxaca, so it was perfect! I was pleasantly surprised with how clean they left it every day, I wasn’t expecting them to clean it.

The room I stayed at with my family was very large and clean. The hotel is family/kid friendly and safe. My children enjoyed the pool and the complementary breakfast, which included traditional Mexican bread and cuisine. The staff, particularly Jorge and Mary, made us feel right at home. The property is at walking distance from the market, restaurants, and the center square.

Was a great hotel. Centrally located and close to things to do. Couldn’t access the pool but wasn’t sure how to get to the pool.

The bathroom was too small .

My wife and I had a wonderful 5-day stay at this place. It was especially convenient because it’s only a 2-block walk from the city center, Zócalo. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and the entire property is lovely, featuring terraces and gardens that are perfect for relaxation. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our rooms are cleaned every day. It’s a great place to unwind and “come home” after a day of exploring. We highly recommend this hotel.
