We greatly enjoyed our time here! Room was spacious, clean, and the oversized shower was very pleasant. Beds were comfortable and there was a convenient water refill station on the second floor in addition to a microwave and breakfast station on the bottom floor.
The property is close to Point Pelee National Park and there is ample parking. Was perfect for participating in the Festival of Birds, getting to Kingsville, and close to Leamington restaurants. Highly recommend anyone to stay here.

I like the clean environment and the location but when I booked the property I I was informed after that it was a basement suite and I only have one exit. It would cost to install another exit but I think it will pay off in the long run very convenient for different purposes.
