The staff we very welcoming. Customer service was always a major focus. A huge shout out do the shuttle drivers who made every morning to the hill a great one.
The starbucks machine in the main foyer was great, it even had hot chocolate for the kids.
The condo itself was perfect with everything we needed and the view of the mountain was great.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at the Grand Hyatt Vail. It was their low season, so not as chaotic and hectic (which we like), but still plenty to do like hiking, biking or simply having a lazy walk along the Gore Creek trails. One can do as much as they want, or simply nothing at all and enjoy the surrounding. The property is well kept, clean and plenty of space to roam around. This was a great property, it was close to everything and easy access to amenities. However the property had some issues, daily there was power outages where everything would switch off for few mins a day. Then on one of the days as I was about to sleep the emergency alarm turned on an had everyone evacuate. We sat in our car and next minute fire truck came and everyone was going back in. Staff had no idea what was going on. The phone in the room didn’t work either. The place is convenient for...
