THEIR RESERVATION ACCORDINGLY. VAIL REALTY’S STANDARD DEPOSIT AND  
CANCELLATION POLICY HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE  
CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE CURRENT PANDEMIC. THIS MODIFIED DEPOSIT AND  
CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO IN ALL CASES INCLUDING  
BUT NOT LIMITED TO: INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY HEALTH ISSUES, FEAR OF

EXTENSIONS). FULL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE 15 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL; AFTER  
WHICH, ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 15 DAYS  
OF ARRIVAL ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

GOVERNMENT-ORDERED BAN ON SHORT-TERM RENTALS. IN THE EVENT OF A  
GOVERNMENT-ORDERED CLOSURE OR BAN, A FULL REFUND OF ALL PAYMENT LESS A  
5% TRANSACTION FEE AND THE $75 BOOKING FEE, WHICH ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  
  
Vantage Point is located just 200 yards to base of Eagle Bahn gondola.  
Right next to Arrabelle and all of the shops and restaurants.  
  
The condo features two bedrooms and a loft; two full baths; one king  
bed; one queen and twin; two twins in loft; great Vail mountain views;  
summertime pool, and year round hot tub on site. For stays of 1,2,3  
nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any  
reservation. If you stay 4 nights or more, the checkout clean is  
waived.
