Overall, excellent!
We enjoyed our stay at the condo, very nice, well equipped kitchen - entire condo very clean and well appointed. Walking distance to downtown and nice shops/restaurants. My only complaint is the noise. It's close to the highway and train tracks, so if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Probably not as noisy in the winter when the windows can be closed.

Comfortable and well-appointed
We have stayed at this property a few tines already and will definitely rent again. It's close to town and the lake, and is convenient enough for a ski weekend. It's cozy, but not cramped, and has everything we need for time away from home.

Sandpoint stay
We enjoyed our stay in Sandpoint! The condo was very nice and was just as advertised. The view by of the water was delightful. However, I would strongly advise the owners to have the small bird perch (on a vent of some sort) directly above the steps into the condo hall blocked/wired over/etc. The result of this perch results in bird poop being quite plentiful on the entry steps resulting in guests walking thru it to enter. Not only does this create the situation of tracking poop into the condo … it is very unpleasant. I hope there is a rapid solution for future guests. Lydia kohout

Very clean and nicely furnished.
The property was cute and looked exactly like the pictures. It was also very clean and plenty of dishes, silverware, and nice pots and pans. The only negative was the nightly trains. With earplugs and a sound machine app we slept well though!

Great location...on water, near-town...for either winter or summer activities. Quality unit with all the amenities you expect, and more. Extra toiletries and a well-stocked kitchen with cooking basics, a keurig (and even the pods). We will keep this place on our "return" list.

A wonderful place to stay in beautiful Sandpoint.
We had a wonderful vacation. We just love this condo especially for its location which is right on the waterfront of the lake. It is also within walking distance to town, restaurants and shops. Great condo in Sandpoint
We really enjoyed staying in this nicely decorated condo in Sandpoint. The location and layout was perfect. The kitchen had new high end appliances which made cooking and clean up a breeze. We were able to walk out the backdoor and quickly access the pool and river. We used our paddle boards in the river and rented a boat across the street at a marina. The river is a short distance into the lake by boat. We were able to walk to Starbucks and other restaurants in the downtown area. Overall great location. I would note that the trains, upstairs neighbors and street noise are a little loud and you may need earplugs for light sleepers. I would definitely stay again.

Very Nice Place
A great place to stay. This condo was very nicely appointed. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The appliances were all fairly new and worked great. There was plenty of supplies, TP, Soap, Paper towels, Left-over container, foil, plastic wrap and baggies. It was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, cook ware and utensils There was a variety of coffee pods to get your day started. . I would definitely rent this condo again.

A great condo for Two
A great place to stay. We met up with our kids and grandkids for a week. They also rented condos in the same complex. This condo was very nicely appointed. The furniture was comfy and clean. The appliances were all quite new and worked great. It even had a GAS stove! There were plenty of supplies, TP, soap, paper towels, left-over containers, foil, plastic wrap and baggies. There was a nice variety of coffee pods to get us started. There were spices and smaller amounts of flour, sugar, oils, etc so we didn’t need to buy those staples. Though the condo was only meant for 3 people there were sufficient dishes to host some guests. Washer and dryer with detergent were really useful. There were lots of books and some games, but we spent little time inside. The location was great. We played and swam at City Beach, took a couple of lakefront walks, picked up food at local restaurants, and went souvenir shopping, all without getting in our car. We were also able walk to the boat rental in town and had a great time pulling kids on a tube all day. We were there over the July 4th weekend and were able to throw out some beach towels on the grass right outside our door and watch multiple fireworks. And the downside: The noise from the train was annoying for the first day or so till we got used to it. The morning traffic on the nearby highway was also bothersome especially when the trucks start their early morning runs. The bedroom windows face east which makes sunrise come early. Bring an eye mask if you are easily awakened by light.
