"Great location! Walkable to matsuyama city station and the JR station. Right across the street from tram stops. Room was comfortable and clean, bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not. Breakfast was average, but definitely not the worst we had in Japan! Nice to be able to get a tea or water after a day out. "
