Good location. Short walks to many of the main attractions. They had free parking. You must leave your key to the valet. Room was clean, looked recently remodeled, good bed, and it was an overall good experience

Room was comfortable, staff pleasant. We didn’t have any issues or needs so nothing for them to resolve. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. Very stylish hotel. Every corner was like an insta background.

The place is really nice. Lots of light, coming through, and the room stays cool even without the use of aircon. The staff are friendly and even chasing us down to see if we wanted turndown service as we usually slept in, which we politely declined. Would stay there again

stayed here for 3 nights with a friend, great and very convenient location right in Zona Centro and only a 10-15 minute walk to most places we wanted to go. Also very accessible to many restaurants, bars, and shopping. They provide plenty of filtered/bottled water, rooms are very comfortable. Staff was very helpful in booking taxis as well. Thank you!

The room is super clean and tidy. The shower stall is spacious with stable hot water. Amenities are in perfect condition. Receptionists are so helpful. Would definitely recommend to my friends when they visit San Miguel.

Sofia , our receptionist was very welcoming ! The Hotel is a mix of modern , minimalist design with a perfect use of space and decor . Bathroom were very spacious . Restaurant on site is a plus and beautifully decorated. Perfect place for couples to stay at while visiting San Miguel de Allende .

I can't imagine finding a better staff and location. The hotel is beautiful, the stafg is beyond accommodating and the location was perfect. Hoping to go back in October.
