« Palmer’s Guest House was clean, cozy, and perfect for two people to stay in. The rustic interiors were lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great. Kristin was very accommodating and threw in a complimentary bottle of wine and a voucher to the restaurant. We had the Sunday Brunch and it was a great meal in a beautiful restaurant. We’ll be staying here again next time we’re in San Marcos. »

« The house itself was very rustic.There were both good and bad. The bed downstairs was comfortable. The place itself looked clean until you moved a piece of furniture and found trash underneath the couch. The yard guys came and cut the grass on the 2nd morning, which was needed. Just something that should have been done beforehand.I can say the check out was easy and pain free. Where the property fell short was in the communication. The first day the toilet, bathroom sink as well as the kitchen...

« The tiny house was so lovely! Really cute and cozy. The only issues were that the outside string lights were pretty bright and made it harder to sleep (there might have been a way to turn them off, we just couldn’t find it) and it did smell a bit like cigarette smoke inside, but not too badly. I also would have brought a couple more blankets and towels, but I’m sure there just wasn’t room to store more of those in a small space.
