The bed was comfortable and the neighbors were friendly. Only other suggestion is to have a bath mat in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a fantastic home and we enjoyed our stay. The king size bed is really comfortable. Our teenage boys say the sofa bed is not the most comfortable thing, but sofa beds rarely are!
