Our cozy bungalow features a kitchenette complete with a Keurig, microwave, toaster, and mini-refrigerator (sorry... no ice maker). If you need more space, feel free to reach out to Las Casitas Avila to reserve additional bungalows for your friends and family. You\`ll have access to one designated parking space and an EV charger. Enjoy the inviting fire pits in the communal courtyard, and take advantage of the two beach cruisers and beach gear at your disposal. Please note that pets are not allowed, and we kindly ask guests not to smoke within 20 feet of the building. House Rules Welcome to your home away from home!
