San Luis Obispo Vacation Packages

Property was excellent. We had booked it to just stay overnight while on a long road trip...but we would rent it for longer duration too! That's how impressed we were. The only problem is the check-in process. I am OK with the remote and no front office style, but had to call multiple times to get my check-in credentials and it was late in the night...so the whole experience gave us a lot of anxiety!

The inn at Zaca Creek was special. We booked room 6 to stay and visit nearby Solvang with our college-age kids. The inn has all of the modern luxury amenities you want but delivered with the feel of a rustic, ancient roadhouse. The beds were plush and the bathroom was awesome. We loved the rain shower and waking up to espresso coffee in the room. The Tavern was also special. We sat outside one night at a cushy, enclosed corner table with a gentle fire pit in the middle that was perfect for the May evening chill. We had sumptuous, aromatic cocktails, perfectly cooked, buttery local Santa Barbara cod and crème brûlée and dessert cocktails to finish. We ate early dinner at Peasants Feast (Michelin 2024) in Solvang the next day and ended the day with more delicious cocktails at the lovely bar inside the Tavern where the hospitality and attention to detail from the hosts continued to shine. This is a great place for dinner and a stay while on the road or as a base to explore Solvang. You could also have a dream wedding here. The whole place is beautiful.

I loved my stay at the sideways check in was so easy and the staff made the stay very welcoming and easy to get to my room very beautiful hotel will most definitely be booking again in August

Stayed for Memorial weekend and it was hopping. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable and we had a balcony. Never used the pool/hot tub. Very kid-friendly amenities which was not the greatest on our end. The checking-in staff were a bit curt but checkout was friendly. The continental breakfast consisted of one allowable Danish (guarded by staff), muffins, oatmeal, coffee/juice which was nice, but limited. Overall, it was a reasonable option for visiting Solvang.

Clean room and great facilities. Enjoyed the hot tub and great to have a bar and restaurant on site. Very comfortable bed. Friendly and efficient front desk staff. Easy free parking.
