Perfect Location

Everything you need, is within a 10-15 minute drive - the beach, Walmart, grocery store, laundromat, and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe. And our host was super responsive and helpful.

Great home-base for San Juan

We used this as our home base while in San Juan. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and everything was exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, the house is clean, and the porch with hammocks were a nice touch. It was a reasonable driving distance to El Yunque and several beaches. Our kids called it "our Puerto Rico house" and looked forward to going home after a day of adventures.

We stayed here one night after getting into SJU after midnight. It’s an older home in a neighborhood area. Great for our one night stay.

Quick overnight stay, everything was great

Just needed a quick overnight stay. Was just what we needed for the 6 of us....owner was great, one small question came up. Called me personally within minutes to address it. Home had everything we needed, very close to airport, appreciative of everything.

Quiet and clean

No issues, friendly and responsive host, who answered our questions and went out of his way to make it a great place to stay. Appreciated the garage and nicely equipped kitchen. Highly recommended for access to east side of San Juan.

We were a group of 5 ladies. Our stay was a nightmare. The house does not have windows! Literally, no windows in any of the 3 bedrooms-only metal shades! The house is in a bad neighborhood, where people say up late and party or play loud music and talk outside, dogs bark on-and-off because of trafic not stopping without the owner calming them down. The worst part is that when any noise happens, the noise is incredibly loud--we thought that those motorcycles and dogs were in our house, literally! We not only could not sleep, but we jumped up. I don't understand how these houses can be used for rentals, since the travelers are not aware of the house not having windows. It should be disclosed. Even indoor noises, like the bathroom door squicking. We could not believe it. The surfaces were wiped out clean, but the rug in the living room is dirty, and the couch when laying down, smelled. I think we should get a reimbursement.
