The bed was super comfortable, a/c worked well cooling down the room and the neighborhood was quiet. I only enjoyed the patio area once for a quick cig when I woke up but I could see myself sitting there for a while if I was in an extended stay. The only downsides were the non absorbent bath towels and the small shower with a shower head that needs replaced but the owner told me they would when I noticed them.
