When you call and ask for clarification the desk will tell you speak with Melody Market we don't know, good luck getting hold of someone in Melody Market,... I spoke with a lady she said she is busy and I need to call back and ask for billing Manager, couldn't get hold of that imaginary person at all after multiple attempts and voicemail. Called back the hotel desk the n3xt day requested to speak to a managet I was connected with one but after 15 minutes of phone call I ended the call with more frustration, questions and confused. All the reviews you see 80% of the guests have concerns over the extra charges and billing. Also you will not see disney characters decorations or vibe, nor you are provide a free shuttle with your stay like other disney neighborhood hotels. "

"We enjoyed our 6 night stay. First room we had the AC smelled like dog urine. The bathtub didn’t drain but they moved us with no problems. Even showed me a few different rooms. Employees were nice, the pool is nice and the best part is the location. A quick walk to the park. I did miss having a breakfast at the hotel. "
