Clean hotel with a beautiful view. The morning staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Unfortunately, our experience with the evening staff was very different. If you're looking for a place to enjoy the view and relax during the day, this hotel can be nice. However, based on our experience, nighttime was a completely different story. We were unable to rest, the nights were honestly a nightmare. This is what happened if you are interested on reading: The first night (Saturday), there was an extremely loud party at the hotel - bar. The noise was so intense that at around 1:15 a.m., we finally had to ask the hotel personal to turn the music down, so they did. Even after our request, the music continued until approximately 2:30 a.m. The second night (Sunday), the bar again played loud music until approximately 11:00 p.m. We know this because we called the hotel directly to ask about the noise, and I believe it was the manager who informed us that the music at the restaurant ends at 11:00 p.m. but it seemed that the manager was not aware of the hotel bar. On Monday, there was a thunderstorm, so everything was closed. I hope management addresses the nighttime noise and staff attentiveness, because the hotel itself has a lot of potential.

Lamentablemente no era lo q esperaba, no pudimos usar la piscina hasta el siguiente día ,no estaba limpia y el químico aún en el agua, el lugar sucio, la verdad no fue de nuestro agrado,

We refused to check in and had to find other local accommodations. The directions were off by 1 mile, requiring getting locals to help find the place. When we got there we found 1) No way to secure our belongings, since door locks were not working, 2) no A/C in the main rooms and 90 degrees without fans, 3) Open access from the public beach, 4) cockroaches, 5) bad neighborhood without the listed local restaurants and shops, 6) Poorly maintained pool, barbeque, and other amenities. Host responses were slow and unhelpful. We are dealing with Expedia for a refund.
