staff and location spectacular. Room was great. Because it is remote, it would be great if there was a small store where snacks (and perhaps ice cream) could be purchased.

The room was very clean, the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Especially Berna and Rosy. They were wonderful, Berna even went out of his way to get us a fresh coconut. We were treated like family and I want to make sure they get recognized. This is coming from a person that really doesn't like writing reviews. They really deserve recognition and praise!

Small but clean room. It had hot water, good internet and there is a lot to do around the hotel.
My room was the closest to the front desk so it could get a bit noisy at times but no noise really after 2100.
It was less than a 5 minute walk from the shuttle that took me to Tikal and back to San Ignacio.
I told the staff that I was catching an early shuttle for the sunrise at Tikal and they had a small lunch ready for me when I left the hotel that morning!
I would like to visit Flores a little more at another time and I would gladly stay here again.
