« Very conscientious and empathetic host who has done her best to provide everything you could possibly need or want. This is also one of the only vacation rentals I’ve been to that actually had good bedding and high quality pillows and blankets in a human quantity. Good coffee from the nespresso machine too! I have the location a 4/5 only because people like to drive fast on market street and if you request a ride from Waymo it is kind of an arduous walk to get to the pickup point a street down...

« The apartment was very clean and quiet. It's in a good neighborhood convenient to Balboa Park BART station, a Whole Foods, and a Safeway. At most times it was about a 15 minute Uber ride or 30+ minute BART ride from downtown San Francisco. The only thing we would have appreciated is some other way to make coffee than a Keurig machine; we made do, but a cheap French press or pour-over drip would have been nice. Thanks for the great stay. »

"Tout était absolument parfait ! Un clin d’œil tout particulier au Bell Boy Prince, qui a été exceptionnel tout au long de notre séjour : très sympathique, avenant, toujours prêt à nous aider et à nous conseiller sur la ville et les activités. Il a surtout été la seule personne avec qui nous avons pu échanger en français, ce qui a représenté un véritable plus pour nous (il est particulièrement rare, dans l’hôtellerie, de trouver un membre du personnel capable de communiquer en français, l’espagnol étant généralement la langue la plus répandue). C’est en grande partie grâce à lui que nous attribuons la note maximale de 5/5 à l’hôtel. Cela étant dit, le reste de l’expérience était également irréprochable : un personnel de réception professionnel, des chambres propres et spacieuses, un petit-déjeuner varié et généreux, ainsi qu’un emplacement exceptionnel pour profiter pleinement de tout ce que San Francisco a à offrir. Un quartier calme et parfaitement sûr. "

"L’accueil très sympa et coopératif malgré notre difficulté à communiquer. La situation c’est le top. Le personnel du petit déjeuner n’est pas très agréable ni souriant. Les chambres et l’hôtel dans son ensemble rien à redire si ce n’est qu’il n’est pas flambant neuf."
