Really lovely hotel with lovely staff in an amazing location (especially for first time visitors). Close to the main tourist friendly area and close to BTS & metro for exploring. 7 eleven is next door & loads of restaurants (including halal)/coffee shops nearby. Bed was comfortable and the room/bathroom was clean. Two things to note are 1. Toilet paper cant be flushed but there is a bidet in the bathroom 2. The walls are a little thin... I was woken up by a loud neitghbour at 3am one night and by a cleaner at 8.30am one morning. Despite the above, still really happy with my stay and will stay again next time I am in Bangkok!

This was our 3rd visit to Lebua and it doesn’t disappoint. Our corner suite was fantastic. The panoramic views over the city and the river set a high bar, giving us plenty of space to relax. Booking a Tower Club suite includes lounge access, which proved well worth it. The afternoon snacks were top quality, and the complimentary sundowner drinks made a great lead-in to the evening. Downstairs, the swimming pool offers a peaceful, spacious retreat from the Bangkok heat. Breakfast was another major highlight, offering a huge spread of international and local options that easily set us up for the day. We headed up to Sky Bar for cocktails one evening. The views are iconic and the atmosphere is electric. However, brace yourself for the bill. While the drinks are well made, the prices are eye-watering even by luxury hotel standards. It is worth visiting for one drink to take in the skyline, but it is not a spot for a long session. Our only real frustration was finding out the hotel removed all self-service washing machines despite them being advertised (and we used them previously). We planned to do a quick load of laundry before flying on to Samui, so losing that facility was a genuine inconvenience.

The staff was helpful and kind, from the cleaners to the people at the front desk.

I’ve been to a lot of places and they have some of the most friendly and accommodating staff on the planet hotel is little dated but overall clean spaces and worth the money. This was my first time in Bangkok and would highly recommend staying here!
