We had a wonderful stay at Grand Monday Ginza. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Tokyo. What truly made the stay special was the staff—they were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel very well taken care of.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Grand Monday Ginza to anyone visiting Tokyo. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip even better!

Room was big enough for our family of 5. It’s so convenience to have a washer/dryer in the room. That save us a lot of time to do laundry. We have to buy our own detergent. The kitchen area has a refrigerator, microwave and a small sink. They also provided plates, bowls, cups and utensils. There were convenience stores close to the hotel that is walkable. It is also close to the train station so you could hear it everytime it passes by. The room we stayed in has a balcony which is nice to sit outside to get some fresh air. The staff were very nice.

9/10 Wonderful! (60 reviews)
"This hotel was okay, it just wasn’t a good fit for us. The pillows were too flat and hard, and my gf woke up with a slightly sore back from the mattress. Also, the breakfast buffet was okay but slightly disappointing. It didn’t have quite as many options as some other hotels, and some items ran out ..."
