Charlotte at the front desk was beyond helpful each day and the friendliest person on the property, though all were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was very good. "I checked out the three hot tubs while I was there. Two of the tubs had obviously not been maintained for a while. The water was cloudy and gave off a very unpleasant odor. The third tub was mostly empty of water. No soaking for me. The TV was somehow fixed at a certain volume, which I wanted to lower but could not. The mute button was also deactivated. Very frustrating!"
