Bonjour! What a wonderful little but delightful Maison. Lovely, friendly welcome. The staff are all very friendly and professional and the house and rooms are all fabulous and especially the spiral staircase. My room was large, spacious, clean and modern with high ceiling and view over the small pool. It’s a classic small mansion style you will see in photos, almost boutique as I’m sure all the rooms are different. I came in winter so couldn’t enjoy the pool and health facilities but I’ll bet it’s just amazing in spring and summer and so I’d love to come back with my partner too. The trams stop just outside so if you wanted to get to the centre it’s ideal but also the local area is friendly and safe too. I was here with business but would definitely return. A unique boutique hotel which is truly 5 star

What a gem of a property not far from any of the sights and activities in Bordeaux! From the time we arrived until we checked out the staff was very helpful giving us suggestions on places to eat along with how to navigate the city via tram that had a stop right by the hotel. Property had a good morning breakfast. Rooms were clean and a decent size, especially for French standards. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!

The concierge and team were fabulous. They helped organise a private wine tour in St Emilion with three very different tasting experiences. We were a group of five and it felt really special. They also recommended and helped booked restaurants - Influences was outstanding with a blind tasting menu and prices so reasonable compared to London. The hotel location was excellent for walking around Bordeaux and very handy for the tram which was very easy to use. We caught the tram to the train station and from there visited Arcachon for lunch and a beach day and Langdon for a tasting at Chateaux Yquem. Thoroughly recommended
