Staff super helpful. I just wish they provided more towels. We had to ask every night for additional towels. I have been going to France for over 20 years and this is the first time I have noticed that some hotels are starting to provide less towels. We were two in a room and there weren't sufficient towels. When we did ask, staff kindly provided more but then the next morning when cleaning staff would change them, they wouldn't replace the amount they found so we would have to ask again, etc. And when I say ask for additional towels, we just wanted separate towels for body and face. Nothing crazy. Other than that, hotel was conveniently located in front of a tram that took you straight into the heart of the city, train station and airport. Could also walk to the main center within ten minutes so very conveniently located.

The beds were very comfy!

The staff were efficient, very friendly and very helpful. The room and ensuite were quite small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was okay but not high pressured. Unfortunately there was no kettle and no tea and coffee supplies in the room. Sadly missed. Also there were no information leaflets in the room eg. meal times, menus, facilities available etc.

Nice place to stay close to airport. Easy stop over spot if you pass through Bordeaux. They have a shuttle which is nice but it’s only a 10-15 minute walk from the terminal. Save a day on car rental and stay here!
