« I checked in for the holiday. My refrigerator was not cooling properly, lamps missing light bulbs, no TV remote. Maintenance, came 45min later to change light bulbs, brought a remote for the TV. He could not fix the refrigerator (it doesn’t cool like you think, not meant for ice cream). Later that evening, I noticed I could not turn off the A/C or make adjustments. At 8:45pm, they put me in another room. No incentive provided. »
