"I had booked this place for 2 days, it was a valentines getaway from my fiancé.. we'll check in we walked in and I instantly heard yelling from across the hall, cussing, kids screaming etc.. I smelled a nasty moldy smell instantly.. Being someone with severe asthma I instantly started to sneeze, runny nose, watery eyes etc... we walked back to the pool area and it was by far the nastiest pool I've ever seen!! "Great location and very clean!"

"We stayed here while transitioning between home closings, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! They went well above and beyond for us in every way. Communication was seamless. When I had to travel back to Virginia for my niece’s birth, they worked directly with my fiancé to make sure he was seamlessly settled into the property without any stress. The house itself is warm, comfortable, and cozy, and the location is absolute perfection. Being able to walk everywhere in Safety Harbor made...

"Nice little motel close to downtown Safety Harbor. The room was comfortable and a nice space for a short stay. Only complaints would be that the floor was a bit dusty and the bathroom door didn’t latch."

"Everything was clean and in good repair. Very comfortable and within walking distance to local restaurants. Will definitely stay here again."

"Paula was amazing snd helpful every step of the way! The home was lovely and perfect for a get away right on main street in Safety Harbor."

"Great place to be at. It was super nice on the inside, even better than in the pictures. The people who run the Motel are super nice and responsive. Safety Harbor is an awesome little town very walkable and many of shops and nearby parks. Any store you can think of is only minutes away and Clearwater Beach is only about 20 minutes away. Great place to stay and I hope to return there again sometime."

"We are over 70 n handicap. We had to move over to other unit bed was saturated from air conditioning"

"The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote. No dryer so if you swim, pack wet clothes in suitcase. No soap in shower and towels were rags. Suite with kitchen had 3 greasy frying pans and white powder in drawers. Frig sounded lijke an airplane. After a week neither Derrick or Jerry contacted me about the lack of service or their competency with hotel mngmt. Call your tenant or...

"Looking forward to staying again."
