« When we first checked into room, it was clean but slightly damp as a/c was on 70. There was a wasp coming up behind one bed, I killed it. Went to supper came back and another one was coming up behind the other bed. Room was cold so they weren’t aggressive. Kept room cold till morning. Went to desk, the desk clerk was going to immediately move us; however we only had one more night I told her we would just keep room temperature cold. She said she would have room fumigated when we left. Bathroom...

« The beds were very nice, the evening staff was very helpful. The shower struggled to drain, had to stop the shower to let it drain part way through the shower. Thermastat in room didn't show temperature. »

« Our room was spacious and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. The only thing we did not like was the 3 steps that we had to go up to get to the hall with our room. This was on the 4th floor. All other floors had ramps so you could roll your luggage cart to your room. We had to leave our things on the cart outside the elevator and carry it to the room. Had I known this, I would have requested a room on another floor. »
