« Room was clean, the staff was amazing, we have 3 kids, they had a little hard time adjusting to the altitude, we had arrived earlier but check-in was not till @12, Roger the manager and his stuff had problem letting us go to our room to rest, Julian was also amazing always helping us for breakfast and anything we needed it, love the place and the staff, definitely will be back, such a great experience!! »

"Joli établissement avec des chambres situées dans des villas au cœur d’un grand jardin Chambre simple mais grande, calme et confortable Petit-déjeuner assez basique Rapport qualité prix décevant, mais on est proche du Machu Picchu (par le train dont la gare est à quelques minutes à pieds de l’hôtel, qui est du coup un peu éloigné du centre et des restaurants, mis à part celui excellent situé dans la gare)"
