"My experience wasn't very good; it isn't very clean, the smell of cigarette is terrible, and the television doesn't work."

"Very friendly staff checking in. Was impressed with the lovely fountain outside the entrance. Also the lobby was beautiful, huge ceilings, very cool hanging art, comfortable chairs, chairs that made you feel relaxed and at a resort feel. The hotel was very clean, and you can tell most of the staff I came in contact to, loved there job , and take pride in there work. (I hope management knows there staff are awesome and get bonuses every so often.) Our room was great, Walked in, to my left was a half bathroom, toilet and sink. Straight in front of me a couch, good size room with a tv, a mini kitchen , mini fridge , sink, coffee machine. Bedroom was separate, and very big, capared to what I have at home. Nice big king size bed. Clean just missing a mint on the pillow, anyone remember some hotels doing that? lol. Anyways back to the review, bathroom to my left entering the bedroom, tv bed, alarm clock, sadly outdated and cheap. But who stays here for that but it is nice when you stay somewhere and they have a unit that does ur alarm, but also Bluetooth. The property has a pool and spa, and a very pretty garden around the pool. But the garden being pretty that it is, I was left with a no wow moment. It was nice and pretty, but on the scale of everything about this hotel was beautiful and resort like. The garden I felt could be more in the hotel or lobby , and just more. I love flowers and plants so it’s nice to see them having what they do too. "

"The rooms looked nothing like the pictures that was on here, room had a really strong bad odor, dog hair, everything was broken, mold in the fridge, dirty sinks and bath tubs, fire detector was ripped out. Ac was broken, stains on bed sheets. I checked in for 30 minutes and just couldn't convince myself to stay I told the manager I want to leave I'm uncomfortable this is not what I saw in the photos and walked back with him to show him everything. He was just staring at the couch acting like he doesn't see what's wrong and couldn't refund me. Horrible I have never, and will never book there again!"

"From check in to check out stay was great. Front desk was very helpful and even when coming in late at night after work very helpful. The room was very clean and very comfy beds. All the amenities of home with dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was excellent. My kids loved it all. Will be staying again if needed."

"Room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff was outstanding. That’s how to run the lobby, with a smile and listened to everything that was brought up. Explained everything to me thoroughly about breakfast. It was just a Grab n Go breakfast so as long as I came downstairs and showed my room key, I would get a couple of breakfasts. It was not skimpy either. Bowl of cereal, carton of milk, you fury cup, bagel and cream cheese, a muffin, an apple, and a breakfast/granola bar. Checkout was a breeze as well. "
