"Very busy hotel with cooperate meetings but other than that everything was excellent "

"We stayed there as I was being induced with baby #3 which means our timeframe there would be unclear. The staff went above and beyond to make this detail of our trip the easiest one to handle. They were able to extend our stay with no issues and when we needed to leave early after extending they were quick to help us. The staff is incredibly kind and caring. We woke up to the sweetest congratulations on your new baby note under our door. We have stayed there twice, this time and when we first moved back to the state and both times I have been impressed by them. My kids absolutely LOVE the complimentary breakfast bar and we were able to get their wiggles out by exploring the beautiful property. We're hoping to have a staycation this summer and enjoy the pool as a new family of 5."

"I liked the vibe of the hotel, the food, and the outside area. I liked the river along side the hotel but there are transients in the area."

"3 necessities I look for are safe, clean and comfortable. I stayed one night in a king room on Friday, May 10th. The main lobby, elevator, halls and my room were extremely clean (kudos to Carmen!). I felt safe in and around the hotel. My room was really comfortable and clean. The air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave, TV and hair dryer worked perfectly. I forgot my charger and was also happy to see charger was provided (slow charge). The breakfast in the morning was delicious! "

"It’s supposed to be “secure” facility, but we noticed that the staff had a habit of leaving gates open ( so they can come in and out without swiping their card). We’ve seen hotel staff enter and/or exit supposedly secure gates and leave it open. It’s supposed to be secured shut and can only be accessed by the room card. Perhaps, retraining or a refresher on safety is in order?"
