The reps were extremely responsive to any query and they keep in touch with multiple texts throughout the stay. The Casita is a private cottage at the rear of the property with two bedrooms to sleep 4 and a couch that doubles as a single bed; this place would not sleep 3 couples but it worked out fine for our group of 5. "The place was very clean and the staff was very helpful! You could tell the building was a little old but great for the price! Free shuttling to the airport and close places!! My only complaint would have been the shower! It was old and melted so I couldn’t take a shower but again great place would give a 9.5 / 10 any day!!!"

"At check in the lady was very dry, and acted like she didn't really want to be there. All the other staff we had any interaction with were very pleasant, and helpful in any way they could. Our beach view could've be better, because it was obstructed by the trees in front of our balcony. I didn't like the fact of having to add an app from another company, just to pay for the on-site parking. We ate at the Gulfside for breakfast, and RumFish bar and grill on the Resort and both were good."
