"Cozy, semi-rustic home within a short drive to town. Loved the fireplace and provided firewood. Also enjoyed the hot tub. As mentioned previously, the well water has quite an odor when showering, etc, but the provided water cooler was perfect for drinking water. Note, if you plan to watch movies, etc, be sure to take your own Roku, etc as there was not streaming availability. Enjoyed our stay! "

"Exactly as pictured. So calm and peaceful. About 20 min to ellicotville. My only recommendation is to bring extra pillows and make sure you have a car that can make it up the gravel driveway. Really great stay. Very clean as well. Would come back!"

We brought a group from our church to write songs, there was plenty of sleeping space and the amenities were awesome. We loved that we could fit all of us at the dining room table!! "The stay was incredibly wonderful and cozy! A beautiful space for a couple and plenty warm especially given that the windchill was in the -20's (Fahrenheit) most nights. The host checked in with us during the cold weather to make sure we had everything we needed, and we never felt like we didn't have the privacy we wanted. 100% would come back again. Maybe when it's a bit warmer though!"
