"Property did not live up to expectations. Positives: great communication from owner, and we were allowed to check in early upon request. Also, fantastic location-close to Ellicotville Brewing. Negatives: condo is very outdated. And needs a deep cleaning, black mold in shower, cobwebs on bathroom door, register in bathroom is gross, stained old carpet, drying rack in kitchen has something growing on it. We paid less to stay on Washington St. 2 years ago for a nice, updated condo so this was quite...

"Couch was dirty and uncomfortable. It was very hot as the air conditioner was downstairs. Mattress had multiple yellow stains and one large black stain. Ended up leaving a night early. "
