« Overall very disappointing : -if you come with kids you have to know, as incredible as it is, that the swimming pool is forbidden to kids from Friday to Monday. Kids means below 16\. And does not matter if an adult come with them. On weekday pool only open from 11.00am to 7.00 (last entrance 6.30pm). Definitively not a familly hotel !!! A choice I guess.....but not well communicated ! -front desk people are not trained to recognize pre-paid trip. I ve bookes 2 rooms for 3 nights, every paid and...

Literie agréable (matelas pas dur). Connection internet facile. Petit déjeuner simple mais correct, diner copieux. Personnel aimable et réactif. »

« L’hébergement ne correspond pas aux photos présentées sur le site. La chambre attribuée se trouvait dans un bâtiment situé à l’arrière, ressemblant davantage à un logement social qu’à une partie intégrante de l’hôtel. La chambre était ancienne, peu entretenue et l’immeuble très peu accueillant, contrairement aux images de la réception et des espaces communs. Pour le prix, cela peut dépanner si l’on cherche seulement un endroit pour dormir, mais ce ne sera pas un séjour agréable. Et pour info...

« The room was on 6th floor. Apparently the hotel was refurbishing some rooms, which is an absolute must… but when you stay for four nights you will be disturbed by the working noise during the day. The room has carpet with disgusting stains. The shower is an old tub. I was surprised the temperature of the water was set to 20 degrees so I have put it to 38… before realising that 20 is the way not to burn yourself. There is an iron with burnt stains. The general atmosphere is bleak. I really regret...

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Peter Scott. Nous étions à quelques minutes à pieds de l’université et facilement accessible en bus depuis la gare (X20,21 ou 22) Le Check-in se fait à l’hôtel principale (Edgbaston Park Hotel) qui se trouve de l’autre côté de la rue principale, c’est également là que l’on prend le petit déjeuner. Tout le monde était adorable et accueillant. La chambre était confortable et très calme. Nous avons eu un souci avec les toilettes qui a été réparé immédiatement. Assurément nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel si nous devons revenir à l’université de Birmingham."

"Clean, well equipped, clearly explained key access. But very bad sound insulation. I could hear the person in the room breathe (not even snore!) as if they were in my room. From the room above, you could also hear every single footstep very loudly. Bring ear plugs!"
