Our stay was super easy with the code check in and key box etc. Room was lovely and very clean. The only issue we had was unfortunately with one of the other guests at the hotel, which is obviously completely out of the hotel hands but due to shouting, banging and crashing from 6am, and the police arriving it ruined our stay. Huge shame as we loved the hotel. We were told to call a number for problems but when we called someone said hello in a very sleepy voice and then cut the call. We called again twice but no respone. The room was not sound proof and the floorboards above us creaked ever time someone walked aswell as if someone closed the door or spoke on the ground floor.
