The rooms are a dormitory style, it has an air conditioning unit. It is quiet and is modern. It was very good value. The duvet is very thin, and should be thicker. The breakfast is very basic, it consists of pastries, cereal , coffee and tea. It had no fruit or t bags. It did not have much ...

Malmaison Birmingham
Hotels.com offered an upgrade to a suite which I accepted and was confirmed in writing. Upon check-in was told that Hotels.com frequently do this even if the property is fully booked. Very disappointing. Room was ok. Quiet. Awful smell emanating from the toilet though.

The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club
Good size room with comfy beds and nice in room extras (hot chocolate and biscuits). Very convenient for NEC venues (short walk). Free parking and pool/jacuzzi a bonus. 2pm check in have plenty of time to relax before evening concert at pulse arena. Would stay again.
