"We loved our time together in this comfortable home. The kids and adults enjoyed the dock for fishing. The sunsets off of the 7 acre lake were beautiful. The setting was private and peaceful. The house was great for our 3 families, and 3 generations! The kids especially enjoyed the pool table upstairs in the large family room. Beautiful beaches are very close. We are hoping to return!"

"The property is nice . Unfortunately we did not get to take advantage of the pool , because we were rarely at the house .. Everything was as advertised. We did have issues with the A/C system , which I notified the owners of . And said they will address. Over all a great stay . We rent in large groups very often all over the country , and one of our must haves is the bathroom for each bedroom , so A+++ ON that . That is something that you cant always find ."

"Great place for a Florida getaway. The place was clean and fit with everything we needed. We had little communication with the host before we arrived, but responded to all our inquiries. Professional pictures of the house make it seem bigger than it actually is. Great location, close to beautiful beaches but neighborhood is a little run down."

"This house was so comfortable. It was peaceful and that’s just what we wanted. We came here to “decompress” and that’s what we were able to do. The house had everything we needed and the pool so relaxing. Elizabeth was such a sweetheart when I didn’t know how to change the temp on the pool heater. The house was spotless and you could tell it has been well cared for. A great experience!"

"All fourteen of us had a comfortable stay here thank you! It was fantastic for all of us to be able to stay in the same place. It allowed us to carpool to the wedding and related events and there was always babysitting help available. Having the washer/dryer on site was wonderful. Workout facilities were near by and reasonably priced."

"When I say we loved this home, I mean we LOVED this home. The pool was so fun and clean. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed besides food. There are so many beaches within driving distance and Walmart being close made life easy with 4 kids. On top of all this, the host was wonderful and communicated so well with us. I had to message her late at night, simply to ask a question, and she responded right back. We will absolutely be returning."

"We rented this house for our guys fishing trip this June. The home was clean and well equipped with quick access to Boca Grande and a ton of nearby restaurants. The furnishings were new and the home was in great condition."

"The check in was super easy even for tech challenged persons like me. The house was clean and had everything one might need. The host was easy to communicate and very accommodating. I asked for a late checkout and was given it right away. The price was reasonable as well. Would highly recommend to anyone!"

"I was well aware of the process for garbage disposal and the homeowner felt compelled to text me several times regarding it. She also showed up at the property, rang the doorbell twice and pulled the garbage containers to the street the night before garbage pick up. She also assumed that we raised the pool heater up and we didn’t because we had no idea where that was. I felt that Shelley invaded our privacy and didn’t trust us therefore had to visit. House was a little too far from the beach for...
