There is New FURNITURE and King Bed and Queen Bed. There is large 75 inch New Flat Screen Smart Tv in all rooms. The kitchen was redone with New Cabinets and quartz countertop. New vanities, toilets, and bathrooms updated. 2 FULL bathrooms. Walk in shower and combo bath tub and shower . INTERNET WIFI , Utilties, Parking, TV package,Smart TV . Smart Lock codes changed for all guests. 2/2 on canal front huge yard. 15 mins to the BEACH and there is minimum 5 golf courses nearby. This is rented with all expenses included in price. Your water bill, electric bill, lawncare shrubs lawn, bug spray, Deep cleaned so clean not a hair on the floor. Have references. Large yard on CANAL FRONT . Such a nice clean neighborhood. Everything in this deed community keeps maintained looking beautitiful and orderly and clutter free yards. This is an updated property with new roof and new porches screened in with New washer dryers. New fridge with icemaker. The furniture is new with a comfortable mattresss new on both king and queen beds, There is everything here dishes coffe pod or regular available. Each Bedroom and also in the LIving ROOM is a large 75 inch flat screen tv. With all the tv channels package. Also access to all the smart apps on Netflix and everything you want to access. The internet is also included and available. There is a high ring camera security camera also to protect you when not avail and can reach me if needed. The locks are brand new SMART LOCKS system. It allows you to have a new code for your stay and if need extra codes let me know. They are changed after your stay so never have to worry someone else has the same code. There is also plenty of towels and bedsheets and hand soaps in all bathrooms. Alexa alarm clock so can talk to it for setting alarms or for any information higher technology access, There is also Parking in front of unit. There is enough for extra parking. IF any trailers or Boats please let me know so I can get a FREE Parking Pass from the hoa. There is no fee for applications needed. Since I take my own information and so there is no wait on moving in time frame. Move in and reserve it for any time frame. This is a walk in shower in the master bathroom. There is a tub shower combo in guest bathroom, Both bedrooms have a closet and the master bedroom has an extra closet. There is a sliding glass door leading to the porch on back and a sliding glass door also in the living room also leading to the back porch. From the back porch is a door to a laundry room enclosed and storage . The kitchen is quartz countertops and dishwasher and garbage disposal and ice maker and above stove microwave new. The floors are all tile with large tile new and unique designed. The shower and the tub walls are also beautifully tiled walls. The bathroom vanities are new and so is the toliets . New Furniture Sets and living room couch and dining area. This is in Rotonda West Florida on BOUNDARY BLVD. This is a large lot on a canal. There is no fence so please no swimming in the canal. There could be alligators etc. So if you fish there are rules of the Rotonda West that you would need to follow for fishing etc. I live close and have extra items in storage for any extra or missing item you need please ask This is a very luxurious location where it is upkept and maintained very well. The entire area has very expensive houses throughout the neighborhood. As the location is not far to the beaches and golf courses. We’re shopping and restaurants are close by and in middle so can go to Venice or Sarasota or Englewood or boca grand and port Charlotte. There is a driveway for unit A and unit B seperate. You have own mail box. The area in Rotonda West is close to Walmart super center maybe 10 mins away. There is also 776 the main road that will take you easily into Venice or port Charlotte and if wanting quick access to the interstate then taking River Road exit will allow you to enter into north port easily off of Winchester. You can get into North port faster or if want to go to interstate that is best method. This property is rented during Season, It is also rented non season for a half year lease if wanted.
