"The staff were pretty nice and friendly. The check-in and check-out processes were fast and efficient. The hotel is nice, a bit dated with some remodeling done. But it’s definitely not modern or new. It’s in a good neighborhood and close to a lot of tourist spots. I’m at close to the Moscone so that was what made me stay here."

"Clean room, staff was great. However, the hotel may be too close to noisy areas in SF to guarantee a restful and quiet night. I had difficulty sleeping without being awoken by police or ambulane sirens and people shouting outside the hotel. As for the complimentary breakfast, there wasn't much. They ran out of milk for the cereal very quickly. And the cereal was the highlight of the breakfast options. Yotel did hold my suitcase for me even after I checked out of my room which I greatly appreciated. Overall it was an average experience for me, and I do appreciate the service of the staff."
