Had wonderful stay near Plaza Navona. Property was very central and hosts were wonderful. Breakfast was filling and featured local pastries and meat/cheese. Felt very safe in neighborhood and many dining/mercatos within walking distance. Only thing would change is that tub didn't have standing shower head, but did have handheld extension which worked fine. Overall, would definitely stay there again

Beautiful old building in a lovely neighborhood. Room was cozy and clean. Linda, who checked us in and served breakfast every morning was very nice and we were able to communicate even though she did not speak English. The only negative is that the WiFi barely worked inside the room, only downstairs.

This was truly an experience! I went with my mum for a birthday trip and the location was perfect for us. And the building itself was a lovely part of our stay too. I would gladly stay here again, felt very nice to support a local Italian family.

Giulia, the manager is the most helpful person you could hope for in Rome. Any issues we had (with the internet) were solved asap, and she is very kind. Also very kind is the woman who serves the delicious breakfast, and takes care of the rooms. Great location!

Time Roma Suites was wonderful; clean, quiet, great location, and a delicious breakfast! It was amazing staying in a palazzo from the 1500,s! Lena was most gracious and lovely as our host.

We loved our stay at TimeRoma Suites! The suite has everything you need including a fridge, wine glasses, a great soaking tub, very soft fluffy towels, and shampoo, lotion, etc! The bed was super comfortable (and we’re particular)! The ladies did daily turn-down service and served traditional breakfast 8-10am (pastries, meats/cheeses, yogurt, espresso). The location is great, less than 20 minute walk to everything including Spanish steps, Vatican City, and the Colosseum! We felt very safe here. There is definitely road noise but this is to be expected being down in the city where it is. The only thing we really struggled with was the Wifi signal. I think this was likely poor because we were on the top floor (unit 6), assumably furtherest from router. We had to sit on the couch to get WiFi. If you stay in rooms 1-5, I assume it would be a stronger signal. The only other thing to note is that mandatory city taxes are due upon check-in and can only be paid in Euros. The rate is pricier than you may experience elsewhere in Italy due to being in downtown Rome. We would definitely return and stay here again!

Owner is very kind. Gets there early every morning and personally makes your breakfast. Very sweet. Room clean. ( loud traffic in this area ) if you dont mind that, then its a great place to stay

Amazing place to stay! I was actually blown away as I didn’t feel the photos had given me a great idea of what our room was going to look like and include. But the property was truly incredible and VERY well cared for and maintained. We arrived a bit early and met the housekeeper who was so wonderful, she also served breakfast in the morning which was FANTASTIC. The room itself was very spacious (we were in suite 4) with an entry hallway that connected to the lovely bathroom and lead to the bedroom which was so nice. Very comfortable sleep and had all we could need and then some. Absolutely recommend!

The suite was spotless. Lynda is just brilliant. She provided our breakfast every morning and did all the housekeeping. She was very welcoming and attentive. The only down side was next door was an air conditioning unit was running continuously, was noisy, no fault of TimeRoma. And apart from this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at TimeRoma. All the main hot tourists spots/shops within walking distance - the furthest 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes but plenty of interesting distractions en route. We will easily stay here again. and thoroughly recommend it.

Excellent location! Super handy for Vatican and the other main city centre tourists sites. In a lovely area of winding streets offering everything you need to enjoy Rome like a Roman. It was very hot when we visited but the great air con in the room did exactly what we needed it to. Our room overlooked the entrance alley way which was a little noisy first thing in the morning but you need to be up early anyway to beat the tourist queues (and that’s queues of people with “fast track” and pre-booked!!). Super clean room, extremely comfortable bed, lots of room for mother and teenage daughter to share without being in any way cramped. Outstanding bakery just outside front gates. Felt super safe and well looked after by Linda on each day of our stay. Breakfast was an added bonus and easy to stay in touch with Julia before check in and when we decided to skip breakfast for early morning mass at the Vatican. We would book again in a heartbeat!

I value these reviews and take it seriously so here is our honest stay. Hard to find because the wrong address is listed, unit 33 around the corner not 115. Never received a welcome email 24 hours in advance like promised, owner does not respond well, if at all to chats via app. Asked if there was allergies for breakfast and said yes only to find nothing to eat, why ask. Room was spacious and worked well but only because we faced the back wall. If you face the street it’s loud all night. AC worked nicely, immaculate room and washroom…very authentic Italian feel to the room. Unfortunately the bed is rock hard, that may work for you, not us. Only two flatter pillows, again no one to speak to for more. There is a safe but it’s not bolted to anything, so pretty useless. There is an elevator which was great. Great location and easy to move around Rome here. Knowing all I know about this property I may stay again but the bed was really uncomfortable. The Italian lady serving breakfast and cleaning is lovely, limited English but she tries.

Location was great, walking distance to all the incredible sights Rome has to offer. Rooms were spacious, very comfortable bed, pillows, etc., we felt like we were in a castle, lots of character. Breakfast was wonderful! Staff was very accommodating, gracious and helpful.

This place was just perfect for me and my teenage Daughter. First the location was perfect and on a quieter street which was nice. We walked Everywhere from this spot (@ 40 miles in the time we were there) The staff were just wonderful and super helpful. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. I would highly recommend for couples, singles and families!!!! Ciao
