Great location for walking around Rome. We walked to the Castel Sant’Angelo, the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and Villa Borghese. Plus there was a metro stop literally by the front door. The “hotel” is actually just a lobby and a few rooms on the 3rd floor of a large office building. They gave us an internet link code to unlock both the door of the building and the hotel. It’s not staffed at night. But the daytime and evening staff spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. There is a very small elevator, we had to make 2 trips with our luggage. When the window was open, there was a lot of street noise, but when closed it was fine. So you have a floor in the building where the rooms are. The reception is open for 12 hours a day. Out of office hours you are sent an email with a link to access the building so it you do not have a smart phone you might've an issue. The room has a mini bar, a coffee machine and a kettle and and there is fresh water provided in reusable bottles each day 💧👍. The metro is close by and Villa Borghese park is also near plus many attractions are walking distance. Hotel muito bem localizado próximo a Piazza Spagna e principais pontos turísticos da cidade de Roma e esquina com a estação Flaminio (linha A) do metrô. Ponto negativo é a infraestrutura, que como no edifício existem outros escritórios e ocupações, o elevador é bem apertado, não existe banheiro na recepção (somente nos quartos) e com funcionários somente das 08 às 20\.
