Convenient, that's it. Scuzzy people everywhere. Lamp by bed did not work, had to tell front desk (who is only there 9 to 4). Room smelt like sewer, now I know why bath mat is on the shower floor to block smell. Has a kitchen but no kettle, no soap, no shampoo. I had to get my own extra toilet paper from cleaning supply room on way out for a day walk. The piece of broken glass on the floor by the sink was a nice touch to find with bare feet (only minor cut). Basically cheap stay, but a few basics as mentioned, plus dish soap since they have a sink and dishes would be a good idea. Wash the brick stairwell down? Bottom line, stay 1 to 2 blocks away and pay a bit more.

Don’t like their check in procedures - no air conditioning- having to make reservations for your complimentary breakfast- lighting in room was poor - tv didn’t work - wouldn’t chose them ever again

I booked this hotel because it is close to Termini station, however, it was most disappointing. If you do not arrive at the hotel during the day, you will not find anyone at the reception desk. As a matter of fact, the service desk is shuttered. There is thought, a number to call. The air conditioning did not work. I must add that the young lady who was at the desk, when it was open, tried to be helpful within a limited scope.

We wanted an inexpensive hotel close to the train station and we got it! The location was perfect. We arrived after check in hours (the office closes pretty early) but they provided very clear check in instructions. The room and facility was secure. It was pretty clean and tidy. And they provided breakfast tickets for a nearby cafe! Overall great for the price.

This is the worse place that I have ever stay in. Although is near the train station, the area is super dirty, lots of graffiti. All day there is rough looking people around, we felt unsafe. They cat called my daughter. I didn't feel safe letting her go out. The shower head was broken, we showered with cold water because they forgot to tell us that there is a switch that controls the temperature! We stay one week and they never connected the wifi! Unacceptable. The beds were very old and stained. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping on them. The breakfast they offer isn't a breakfast. You have to go down the street and they only give you a piece of bread, some juice and a cup of fruit. Our impression is that they just didn't care. We strongly recommend to look for another alternative. I know it is a less expensive option but it is not worth it.

The Reception could have been more courteous. He asked me if I knew Reception closes at 4, when the time was 3 pm. The remote for TV was broken and did not function. The wifi di not work during our stay.
