Great location

The lady in reception, sorry forgot her name, was so helpful. We loved the hot tub on the rooftop. It’s a great location in the heart of Rome.

The room itself, though a bit snug, was very clean and updated and the balcony off of the rooms was a lovely addition! The location was very centrally located and we were able to walk to all of the sites. The entryway and lobby were very run down to the point where I was a bit worried we might need to switch hotels before I saw the room, so just keep this in mind. The staff is very friendly but only there from about 8-4PM and other than that you need a code to get in the main door so it didn’t necessarily feel the safest, but it was good enough for a 2 night stay.

The hotel was great, excellent location but i had to give a big apppreciation to the staff especially Joy the receptionist, she was very accomodating to us and made sure that all our needs were taken cared of. We will definitely use this hotel when we go back to Rome.

This is a little gem, Only seven rooms. Ours had a very nice balcony; ideal to drink a glass of wine. The roof terrace is amazing, an the service very friendly an personal. It is centrally located with a short walk to all major sights. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location was really good and the staff really friendly. The rooms are located in the 5th floor, they have an elevator but it broke during our stay so we have to use the stairs. The view from the shared terrace was stunning specially at sunset.

Great property and very well appointed. Nice surprise to have one of the only rooftop hot tubs in Rome over looking where Julius Caesar was killed. The hotel is surrounded by great food and pastry shops for the morning. Awesome location and we’ll be back.

It was a Joy!

The service, reception, and personalized service by Joy was really incredible. Joy really helped us set up for a great day in Rome. Our only regret was only having a one-day stay at their property. Next time we are in Rome, we will stay here again!

Great staff, clean well presented rooms, great location. Showers were amazing and beds comfortable. The Philippino gentleman was a real worker and the lady very helpful. The Italian cleaner was always well presented, friendly and acknowledged me every morning, which was unexpected….great place. I must say the room keys were unnecessary, bulky and I questioned how well they locked the rooms.
