Location is very good. Very close to St Peter's Basilica and Vatican Museum. Room is clean but the shower needs cleaning. It would be good if utensils can be provided. The only inconvenience is that the bathroom is outside the room.
This room was absolutely perfect for our stay in Rome! The location is right outside the Vatican with a stunning view of the Vatican wall and papal palace from your window. Many restaurants and shopping spots around you and feels very safe even at night. All the major landmarks are within walking distance as well as the train and metro stations. Pasquale was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend staying here!
Airport pickup availability was useful. Also appreciated elevator. TV kept pixellating and was small, positioned on right of bed. Bed was almost on the ground level.
The place is very convenient and walkable to the Vatican and the train station, there are good restaurants and shops around the area, the place is clean and we felt safe walking even at night. The best thing is the host Pasquale is very nice and accommodating, and responds immediately with emails and phone calls. We will recommend this place to our friends and we will stay here again next time.
During our month long western European vacation we stayed at 6 other bed and breakfasts and although breakfast was not provided this was by far the BEST! Not only because of its reasonable price and excellent location but also advise and kindness shown by the owner/manager. Many thanks for a wonderful 8 night stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The room we got was very small, if you are a big person isn’t convenient for you, the shower room is literally 2X2 feet so is very difficult to have a shower. And the ads said breakfast included but it wasn’t so don’t count it on. Excellent location if your purpose is to go to the Vatican City, no more than 10 mins walk in slow pace
It was a great hotel near to st peter's squares. Very safe to walk at night. Pascual was great friendly and on top of things. Arrange my transportation to airport and pick up. I didn't had to worry about anything. I had a great time with my 2 daughter's.
My family and I stayed here for 4 nights in October. It's in a great location right beside the Vatican. Pasquale was a great host and met us outside when we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, however the shower is ridiculously tiny. Not sure anything could be done, but it was the only issue we had.
Very safe and very quite. The Best Customer Service and very convenient and safe transfer provided.
We will come back again soon.
Thank you Quo Vadis Roma 2!!!!
Great service! Pasquale was very flexible and accommodating. I accidently mixed up my date of arrival and arrived a day early. Pasquale was able to organose transfer and extra night stay hassle free.
He also helped with getting us skip the line tickets to vatican at short notice. He he very friendly and welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation for staying in Rome.
The view of the Vatican was beautiful. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Very noisy - could not leave window open at night.
No basics supplied (soap, shampoo etc). Also there was an extra charge of 25 euros to have linen changed and garbage emptied which was not mentioned before booking.
Honestly the unique thing that is great is the location.
All the building and appartments are really old, no confortable and nobody cleans the room until your check out. The price is expensive in compare with the facilities, however the prices pay only the good location.
I request 30 minutes for my check out (late check out) only 30 minutes and the lady whos is in charge told me NO.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIA HOTEL, YOU CAN FIND MORE OPTIONS.WITJ GOOD LOCATION AS WELL
Pros...Very easy accessed to St Peter's Square/Basilica! Plenty of restaurants around!
Cons...The AC kept turing off at night, had to turn back on at least 4 times. The bathroom has 2 shower sprayers, one in shower and one by toilet, the one in shower didn't have hot water the first night. Made a comme t and this was fixed the next night. The shower pan floor also leaked, so make due you lay a towel on the floor before you shower.
Firstly, this property is NOT a bed and breakfast, it is falsely advertised, there is no breakfast available. Essentially it was a room within an apartment. We did find a good breakfast cafe a short walk away but we were disappointed that there was no breakfast as stated. This needs rectified!
We arrived late in the evening and after some confusion access to the building/apartment/room was easy and you felt quite secure.
The room was large enough for 2 adults and 2 children (16&14), the room and bathroom was clean and hygienic.
There are limited facilities in the accommodation. There were 4 cups in the room, but no coffee/tea making facilities which was confusing and disappointing.
By far the best part of this accommodation was the location, facing the Vatican and easy reach of transport links. We only met staff once on our 4 day visit, she was friendly and informative.
If you go to this accommodation expect no frills, it is basic, however, it is a good base for exploring beautiful room and as long as your expectations are not too high you will be OK.
The best place to stay in the Vatican area,
Mr Pasquale is a great guy with his driver Mr Giuseppe, they made our Italy trip stress free
Thank you so much!

I wish that a breakfast was included but the owner Pasquale was sooo helpful in checking in and making sure we knew how to get around. We recommend city bus and subway for transportation! Taxi was like 50.00 USD. But we rode the subway from the hotel to the train station for 3.00. Then caught the express train for like 6.00 each to the airport! Just watch for pickpockets on the subway. However I have never seen such a clean underground subway as we did in Rome!!!
Great location, especially in terms of its vicinity to the Vatican, a train station and a variety of shops and other services. Unfortunately due to an incident on the train I was travelling on, I didn’t make my check in time and caused considerable inconvenience to Pascale. He was so accommodating and gracious.
