One evening we went to try to leave and the door to the hotel would not open. We were literally locked in. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and recommended a great restaurant (with discount). Breakfast delivered to our room was an addition we didn't expect and was very nice and always on time. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent and powerful.
